After years of playing professional football at various levels, founder, Yardon Brantley took his passion to train and everything he learned in professional sports, and he teamed up with successful trainers Marty Heben and DJ Stover to create SHAPE Training and its unique training program.

We program your training experience in a 5 phase - 6 month programming module. This ensures there is no overtraining, and that your body is given the opportunity to improve AND recover.
