    Our entrance is on Penn Ave halfway between S. Beatty and S. Whitfield. Enter on the first floor and come upstairs to find us on the second floor.

  • Absolutely not - remember that EVERYONE started somewhere. We meet you where you are at; whether it’s your first time stepping in a gym, shaking off the rust, or you’re a professional athlete - training at SHAPE is for EVERYONE.

OUR PROGRAMS

  • Squads are personalized strength and performance training in small groups of 3–4, with focused coaching and tailored progressions.

    Group Athletics sessions host up to 14 people and rotate through focus areas like bodyweight mastery, energy system conditioning, strength circuits, and boxing. Check out the different group athletics descriptions.

  • RREPS™ is SHAPE Training’s proprietary performance system engineered for high achievers who demand more from their training.

  • Yes. Our Legends group is built for adults 60+, and every program at SHAPE is coached and scaled to meet you exactly where you are.

MEMBERSHIP & SCHEDULING

  • Short answer - no!

    We offer guided monthly memberships , small group athletics, and Squad memberships.

    You can also drop in to either small groups or squads (first one is on us).

  • Use the SHAPE Training app to manage all your sessions. If you're new, we’ll show you how it works after your first session.

  • No sweat - we can help you re-schedule for before/after your time away. Plus your sessions are good for 60 days from date of purchase so your gains won’t stop.
