    • Using the building blocks of our 5 phase strength training system, RREPS, Squads offer our members the unique opportunity to work with top tier coaches and reap the benefits of community engagement and accountability.

    • Each Squad has 2-4 clients and is led by one of our best coaches. Sessions can be booked at anytime during the day giving you maximum flexibility to accommodate all schedules. 

    • SHAPE Training has always been at the forefront of the fitness trends that matter and our “Squads” are putting us right back in the front.

    • SHAPE Training’s group athletics program is a real strength and conditioning program.

By identifying physical limitations, we help you improve your golf game while enhancing overall mobility and health, leading to better performance on the course and a stronger, healthier body.
