GROUP ATHLETICS

A TRUE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM

We believe that strength is the foundation for every single goal from fat loss to injury prevention. Our program is built with the building of lean mass and functional strength as the pillars.

Your program is structured with conditioning to deliver all the benefits of a great cardio program without the repetitiveness or the injury risk.

The LIFT

The LIFT is a strength class that uses barbell landmines and challenges athletes to train in all 4 Pillars of Movement.

These pillars include: Upper body push/pull, Lower body level-change, Rotational core work and Locomotion.

The MOVE

The MOVE is a conditioning class that follows the SAID principle. SAID stands for Specific Adaptation to Impose Demand, which means that your body is always trying to perfect what you practice.

This class brings it back to the basics. Crawl, sprint, jump, MOVE through a physically demanding training session.

The SYSTEM

The SYSTEM is a metabolic conditioning class that taps into your body’s 3 primary energy pathways: Aerobic, Glycolytic, Phosphagen, all of which serve their own purpose. Each class will get your heart racing and blood flowing.

Using dynamic training tools like kettlebells and resistance bands to help increase speed, core strength and quickness, you will find better balance, functional strength and stamina the more you train.

The CORPS

The CORPS is a strength class that follows the OVERLOAD principle. This principle applies to duration and volume of training, which means that athletes will have to lift more and lift longer as the session goes on.

But don’t worry, your breaks will come in the form of intensive, military-style core work. This is our most physically and mentally challenging class. Are you up for it?

The GRIND

The GRIND is a strength class that follows the FITT principle. FITT stands for “Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type”, which means that your coach will challenge your proprioceptive environment with skills that vary in intensity, duration, and weight throughout the week. Attend 3 classes each week to maximize your training, and stay on the GRIND.

This is our most bootcamp-like class, with progressive programming to improve overall athletic performance.
