Using the building blocks of our 5 phase strength training system, RREPS, Squads offer our members the unique opportunity to work with top tier coaches and reap the benefits of community engagement and accountability.

Each Squad has 2-4 clients and is led by one of our best coaches. Sessions can be booked at anytime during the day giving you maximum flexibility to accommodate all schedules.
