Using the building blocks of our 5 phase strength training system, Squad Training offers our members the unique opportunity to work with top tier coaches and reap the benefits of community engagement and accountability.
Each Squad has 2-4 clients and is lead by one of our best coaches. Sessions can booked at anytime during the day giving you maximum flexibility to accommodate all schedules.

SHAPE Training’s group athletics program is a real strength and conditioning program.
The classes are not pre-programmed by a corporate office. The coaches learn the training principles needed to get their class results and they program using the SHAPE Training structure. A living breathing program.

Our Youth Athletics’ program helps growing athletes develop healthy relationships with training while giving them the tools to maximize performance and minimize injuries. -
The TPI Golf Movement Screening assesses your body’s function to optimize your swing and reduce injury risk. By identifying physical limitations, we help you improve your golf game while enhancing overall mobility and health, leading to better performance on the course and a stronger, healthier body.
OUR FACILITY
Located in the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh. SHAPE Training was founded and developed by professional athletes and personal trainers.
SHAPE Training offered in-home training and free park bootcamps until late 2014 when we opened our first 3000 square foot studio location.
Since then the brand has grown to SQUAD and small group training in our 12000+ square foot performance facility.

Squads are personalized strength and performance training in small groups of 3–4, with focused coaching and tailored progressions.
Group Athletics sessions host up to 14 people and rotate through focus areas like bodyweight mastery, energy system conditioning, strength circuits, and boxing. Check out the different group athletics descriptions. -
RREPS™ is SHAPE Training’s proprietary performance system engineered for high achievers who demand more from their training. Yes. Our Legends group is built for adults 60+, and every program at SHAPE is coached and scaled to meet you exactly where you are.

We offer guided monthly memberships , small group athletics, and Squad memberships.You can also drop in to either small groups or squads (first one is on us).
